The vision of FrescoBello was birthed under the culinary stewardship of Belay Shiberu at Bello Restaurant. Recognizing the demand for authentic fresh pasta both in our restaurant and across local hospitality sectors, we expanded into dedicated commercial manufacturing.
Today, our enterprise operates two synergistic wings: manufacturing raw fresh pasta for commercial B2B/B2C buyers, and serving prepared hot gourmet dishes at Bello Restaurant.
